Kirkwood Golf Tournament
The Kirkwood is held each June at the Stowe Country Club. It is one of the finest amateur events in New England for two-man teams. The tournament field will be limited to a maximum 80 teams allowing a substantial number of participants while maintaining the quality and integrity of the event.

15th Annual Stowe Wine and Food Classic
The 15th Annual Stowe Wine and Food Classic at the Trapp Family Lodge. A weekend of wine tastings, pairings, cooking demos, auctions and a gala dinner!

Old Fashioned 4th of July
Enjoy a multi-dimensional day-long extravaganza of food, music, entertainers, fireworks and more! Starting with the Moscow parade and ending with Stowe’s incredible annual fireworks display, this is a great day to spend in Stowe.

Stoweflake Balloon Festival
More than 25 hot-air balloons will soar through the sky during Stoweflake 26th Anniversary Hot Air Balloon Festival, July 12-14, 2013. One of Vermont’s most popular summer celebrations, Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa will once again host the spectacular three-day event.

8 Miler in Stowe
The Stowe 8 Miler is a classic summer race now in its 32nd year. Vermonters and runners from all over New England and Canada return year after year to Stowe for this historic event.

August 9 - 11
Annual Antique Car Show
The Stowe Annual Antique Car Show is a perennial favorite in Stowe, Vermont. Over 800 antique & classic cars are on display. Food concessions, giant automotive Flea Market, Car Corral. Fashion judging contest and antique car parade through town.

August 14 - 17 & 21 - 24 & 28 - 31
Stowe Theatre Guild presents The Drowsy Chaperone
Wednesdays through Saturdays at 8:00 p.m.

September 20 - 22
British Invasion
North America's largest British Classic Sports Car and Motorcycle Event! Experience British cultural activities, shops, crafts, Auto Jumble and the Car Corral. The participants are primarily from the US and Canada with over 600 cars on field, and approximately 1000 total. This event is "a Three Day Celebration and Salutation to the Great British Motorcar and all manner of other things British."

September 27 -29
Oktoberfest
Stowe's Jackson Ice Arena will be transformed into a Bavarian village for this annual celebration of harvests and fall foliage. From oompah bands to authentic German foods to freshly brewed Vermont beers to pumpkin and face painting -- there's something for every "villager" -- young and old. Voted a 'Top 10 Event in Vermont'!
